      About Us We are an Organic & Wholefood brasserie (Licensed), meaning simple food with a great deal of flavour & taste while free of chemical pesticides, preservatives & additives. The majority of the food we serve is Organic from the bread that we make on site to the beans that we grind for our coffee's. Everything that can be is made on site so that we can offer you food that we know is fresh & packed full of quality. We also cater for Vegetarians, Vegans & Coelaics - we have seperate menu's in our restaurant for each different eating requirement so that each & every customer can feel specially catered for. All of the items are created on site so that every morsel is quality guaranteed. We also pride ourselves on doing our bit for the environment. We recycle all of our paper & board items, bottles plus all unused water, waters our gardens. Every little bit helps. Our objectives are to: - educate and offer consumers not only a healthier alternative which is fresh & of great quality but food that is packed full of nutrients so that every bite of our meals are more beneficial. - to encourage the expansion of organic use & farming within Australia & especially in the Southern area which we try to support as much as possible. - to utilise local produce from local suppliers to help raise awareness of the benefits of visiting the Fleurieu Peninsula & the good work that is being created in this region on a day to day basis.
